Only use this form if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You are not obliged to use this form — a clear, unambiguous notification by email is equally valid. Send your notification to Welvana@outlook.com.

When can you withdraw?

You can withdraw from the contract from the moment you place your order up to and including 14 days after the day on which you — or a third party designated by you — received the product. If your order consists of several products delivered separately, the period only starts on the day you received the last product. So you do not have to wait until your order arrives: you may also cancel before then.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the product back.

What happens next?

  1. We confirm your withdrawal by email and send you the return address.
  2. You return the product within 14 days of your notification. The direct cost of returning it is yours to pay. We ship from warehouses inside and outside the EU; the return address you receive from us is always within the European Union, so return costs for a parcel of this size are usually between €7 and €15. If the product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly delivered on receipt, we cover the return costs.
  3. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We also reimburse the shipping costs you paid on your order. In the case of a partial return, the shipping costs of the order remain payable.
  4. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned it — whichever comes first.

Good to know

Trying it out is allowed. You may examine the product as you would in a shop. If you go further than is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product, we may reduce the refund by the diminished value that results.

Not everything can be withdrawn. Products that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene are excluded from the right of withdrawal once the seal has been broken after delivery. This is stated on the product page for those products.
