Q: How much does shipping cost?

Within the European Union a flat 12.95 euro. Outside the EU 19.95 euro. Within the Netherlands 3.95 euro, and free from 25 euro; that free-shipping threshold applies to Dutch delivery addresses only.

Q: Can I return my order?

Yes, you have 14 days to change your mind. The direct return costs are borne by the customer, usually between 7 and 15 euro. If a product is faulty or incorrectly delivered, we cover those costs.
