14 days to change your mind

You have the statutory right to cancel your order without giving a reason up to 14 days after receipt (right of withdrawal). After cancelling, you have a further 14 days to send the product back.

How to return an item

1. Register your return within 14 days of receipt via Welvana@outlook.com, quoting your order number.
2. You will receive a confirmation and the return address by email.
3. Send the product back complete, undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Return costs

The direct cost of returning the item is borne by the consumer, unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly — in that case we cover the return costs.

Refunds

We refund the full purchase amount including the original shipping costs within 14 days of your notice of withdrawal, using the same payment method you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have demonstrated that you have sent it back.

Exceptions

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once the seal has been broken (for example personal care products whose packaging has been opened).

Diminished value

You may examine the product as you would in a shop. Use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the product may lead to a deduction for diminished value.

Complaints or damaged products

Has your product arrived damaged, or is something not right? Email us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo — we will resolve it with a replacement product or a full refund.
