This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit our webshop or place an order, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Which data do we process?

Name, address and town or city (for delivery)
Email address and phone number (for order confirmation and customer service)
Payment details (processed by our payment provider; we do not store full payment details)
Order history
Technical data such as IP address and device information (via cookies)

3. Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the contract: processing and delivering your order, customer service.
Legal obligation: statutory tax retention of records (7 years).
Consent: newsletters and marketing (you can unsubscribe at any time).
Legitimate interest: securing the webshop and preventing fraud.

4. Sharing with third parties

We share data only as far as necessary with: Shopify (our shop platform), payment providers, delivery services and the suppliers who ship products directly to you. Some suppliers are based outside the European Economic Area; in that case only the data strictly necessary for shipping is shared (name and delivery address), with appropriate safeguards in accordance with the GDPR.

5. Retention periods

We do not keep your data longer than necessary. We retain order data for 7 years in connection with the statutory tax retention obligation. Data used for marketing is retained until you withdraw your consent.

6. Cookies

Our webshop uses functional cookies that are necessary for the shopping basket and the checkout process, and — only with your consent — analytical and marketing cookies.

7. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. Send your request to Welvana@outlook.com; we will respond within one month.

Not happy with how we handle your data? Please contact us first. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl) or with the supervisory authority in your own country.
