Shipping policy

Shipping within the European Union is a flat €12.95. For destinations outside the European Union — including the UK, Norway, Switzerland, the US, Canada and Australia — the rate is €19.95. Orders delivered within the Netherlands are charged €3.95, and ship free from €25; that free-shipping threshold applies to Dutch delivery addresses only and not to any other country. Your exact rate is always shown at checkout.

Delivery time

Our products ship from our suppliers' warehouses, some inside the EU and some outside it. The average delivery time is 7 to 15 working days. Products shipped from an EU warehouse often reach you faster (3–8 working days). The expected delivery time is confirmed by email after you order.

Track & trace

As soon as your order has shipped, you automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a track & trace code so you can follow your parcel.

Split deliveries

Ordering several products? Your order may arrive in more than one parcel, because products come from different warehouses. You pay no extra shipping costs for this.

Delays or lost parcels

Has your order still not arrived after 30 days? Please contact us via the contact form or by email. We will sort it out: either a new shipment or a full refund.

Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind. The direct cost of returning an item is borne by the consumer — usually between €7 and €15 for a standard parcel. If the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered on receipt, we cover those costs. See our returns policy and the model withdrawal form.

Customs and import charges

No additional customs or import charges apply to deliveries within the Netherlands and the European Union; all prices include VAT. For destinations outside the EU, local authorities may levy import duties or taxes; these are payable by the recipient.
