How quickly will I receive it?

What if it's not right for me?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of returning the item is your responsibility — for a parcel this size, typically between €7 and €15. If the product arrives defective or incorrect, we'll cover those costs. See our return policy.

How hard should I press?
Start gently: a pressure point can feel sensitive, but should never hurt. Hold the pressure for a few seconds, release and repeat. On the face, use the softest head.

Safety and use

Don't use the pen on open wounds, inflammation, bruises, varicose veins or damaged skin, and not if you have thrombosis, osteoporosis, or are pregnant, without consulting a doctor first. Never press until it hurts, and stop if you feel pain, tingling or irritation. Keep the loose heads out of reach of children under 3 — choking hazard. See Product safety.
