How quickly will I receive it?
Usually 3–8 working days from our EU stock; if your item ships from a warehouse outside the EU, it typically takes 7–15 working days. You'll always receive a track & trace code.
What if it's not right for me after all?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of returning the item is yours to cover — for a parcel this size, usually between €7 and €15. If the product arrives defective or incorrect, we cover those costs. See our return policy.
How do I wash the socks?
Just machine wash at 30 degrees, preferably inside out and without fabric softener. This keeps the grip dots sticking well for longer.
Safety and use
Check the grip dots for wear before use: worn dots provide less grip. Wear the socks on a clean, dry surface and take extra care on wet floors and stairs. Stop use if you experience irritation, tightness or tingling, and keep the socks out of reach of young children. See Product safety.
