How do I get started safely as a beginner?
Practise the first few times next to a wall or chair you can hold on to, barefoot or wearing non-slip socks. A few minutes a day is enough to feel progress quickly.

Safety and use

Check the board before each use for wear, cracks or loose parts. Use it on a flat, stable surface with enough clear space around you, hold on to a wall or chair the first few times, and build up the load gradually. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness, and only let children use the board under supervision. See Product safety.
