You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of returning the parcel is for your own account — for a parcel this size, typically between €7 and €15. Do I keep them in the freezer or the fridge?
The fridge is ideal: cool enough for the effect, gentle enough for your skin. Roll from the centre of your face outward, and down along your neck.
Safety and use
Store the globes in the fridge, not the freezer — glass that's too cold can damage your skin. Use them for a few minutes at a time at most, and not on damaged, inflamed or irritated skin. Check the glass for cracks before each use, and stop using damaged globes; keep them out of reach of young children. See Product safety.
