How do I dry brush properly?
Brush before showering, using long, gentle strokes towards your heart: start at your feet and work upwards. Use light pressure — your skin may turn pink, not red.
Safety and use
Don't use the brushes on damaged, inflamed or irritated skin, or if you have active acne, rosacea or eczema. Brush with light pressure and stop if you experience pain or irritation. Keep the brushes clean, let them dry thoroughly after cleaning and don't share them with others. See Product safety.
