How quickly will I receive it?
Usually 3–8 working days from our EU stock; if your item ships from a warehouse outside the EU, it's typically 7–15 working days. You'll always receive a track & trace code.

What if I'm not happy with it?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of returning the item is for your own account — for a parcel of this size, usually between €7 and €15. If the product arrives defective or incorrect, we'll cover those costs. See our return policy.

Can the blanket go in the washing machine?
Yes, simply disconnect the cord, and the fleece blanket can then be washed in the machine.

Safety and use

This is an electrically heated product: do not use the blanket while sleeping, on skin with reduced sensitivity, or with children without supervision, and do not fold the blanket while in use. Never use the blanket with a damaged cord and never near or in water. Disconnect the cord before washing the blanket. See Product Safety.
