Is this for me?
Do you regularly wake up with a stiff feeling in your neck, or has your current pillow gone flat? Allow an adjustment period of three to seven nights before judging whether the height and firmness suit your sleeping position.

How quickly will it arrive?
Usually 3–8 working days from our EU stock; if your item ships from a warehouse outside the EU, allow 7–15 working days on average. You'll always receive a track & trace code.

What if it's not right for me?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of returning the item is your responsibility — for a parcel this size, typically between €10 and €20. If the product arrives faulty or is the wrong item, we cover those costs. See our returns policy.

How long does the adjustment period take?
Allow three to seven nights. Memory foam feels different from a down pillow; give your body some time to get used to the new support.

Safety and use

Use the pillow with the included cover or your own washable cover and follow the washing instructions on the label. Memory foam may give off a slight smell for the first few days; if so, air the pillow for a few hours in a well-ventilated room. Do not use for babies and children under one year old. Stop use if you experience neck or shoulder complaints, and consult a doctor if the complaints persist. See Product safety.
