Where do I place the band for squats?
Just above your knees. As you move, gently push your knees outward against the resistance — this activates your glutes even more.

Safety and use

Check the bands for wear, tears or loose seams before each use; a snapping band can cause injury. Use them on a stable surface and build up the load gradually. Don't stretch the bands further than feels comfortable, and store them out of reach of young children. See Product safety.
