How do I train without overloading?
Start with light resistance and do 3 sets of 10 to 15 reps per hand, every other day. Only increase the resistance once the sets feel easy.
Safety and use
Check the spring and adjustment mechanism for wear or cracks before each use; a failing part can cause injury. Build up the resistance gradually and stop if you feel pain, tingling, or numbness in your hand, wrist, or forearm. Keep fingers away from the spring mechanism and store the trainer out of reach of young children. See Product Safety.
