How quickly will I receive it?
Usually 3–8 working days from our EU stock; if your item ships from a warehouse outside the EU, it typically takes 7–15 working days. You'll always receive a track & trace code.

What if it's not for me after all?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of returning the item is for your own account — for a parcel this size, typically between €7 and €15. If the product arrives defective or was delivered incorrectly, we cover those costs. See our returns policy.

How long does the pack stay warm or cold?
That depends on the starting temperature and the surroundings. In any case, don't use the pack for longer than 15 to 20 minutes at a time, and always use the cover between the pack and your skin, especially with cold applications.

Safety and use

Never place a cold pack directly on the skin: use the included cover or a cloth and keep it on the same spot for a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Do not heat the pack longer than stated in the enclosed instructions, and check the temperature before placing it on your skin. Stop using the pack once the outer layer is damaged or leaking.
