Which size do I choose?
Choose by body weight: S/M for approx. 45–55 kg, L/XL for approx. 55–80 kg. Both sizes are also adjustable, so you can get a precise fit. Over 80 kg? Please contact our customer service first.

How fast will I receive it?
Usually 3–8 working days from our EU stock; if your item ships from a warehouse outside the EU, allow 7–15 working days on average. You'll always receive a track & trace code.

What if I don't like it?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of sending the item back is yours to cover — for a parcel this size, typically between €7 and €15. If the product arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover those costs ourselves. See our returns policy.

Safety and use

Do not fasten the strap too tightly and stop use if you feel tingling, numbness or skin discolouration. Build up usage gradually — start with short periods and don't wear it all day.
