How quickly will it arrive?
Usually 3–8 working days from our EU stock; if your item ships from a warehouse outside the EU, it typically takes 7–15 working days. You'll always receive a track & trace code.

What if it turns out not to be for me?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of returning the item is for your own account — for a parcel this size, typically between €7 and €15. If the product arrives defective or incorrect, we cover those costs. See our return policy.

Do I use it with or without socks?
Both work. Barefoot, you'll feel the nubs more intensely; with socks it's gentler. Roll each foot for a few minutes with slow, long movements.

Safety and use

Do not use the roller on open wounds, inflammation, varicose veins or bruises, and not in cases of thrombosis, osteoporosis, or during pregnancy without consulting a doctor. Roll with gentle pressure, never to the point of pain, and stop if you feel pain or tingling. Use the roller while seated on a flat, non-slip surface so it doesn't slide away. See Product safety.
