At what distance should I use the lamp?
Keep a distance of about 30 to 50 centimetres and start with sessions of 10 to 15 minutes. The warmth should feel pleasant, never too hot.
Safety and use
Do not use the lamp with a damaged cord or near water. Keep sufficient distance from the skin, never cover the lamp during use, and let it cool down afterwards out of reach of children. Stop if you experience pain, dizziness or skin irritation.
