How long should the pillow go in the microwave?
Warm the pillow in short bursts (for example, 2 x 30-60 seconds), checking in between. That way you reach exactly the temperature that's comfortable for you.

Safety and use

Warm the pillow in short steps, don't leave it unattended while heating, and check the temperature before placing it on your skin. Don't use it while sleeping, on skin with reduced sensation, or on children without supervision.
