How long should I use it per session?
A 15–20 minute session is enough; the built-in timer switches the mat off automatically. Start on the lowest setting.

What if it's not for me after all?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of sending the item back is yours to cover — for a parcel this size, typically between €10 and €20. If the product arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover those costs ourselves. See our returns policy.
