How do I sit correctly on a zafu?
Sit on the front part of the cushion with your legs crossed, so your knees rest lower than your hips. Your back will then naturally find its straight, neutral line.

Safety and use

Use the cushion according to the included instructions and build up longer sitting sessions gradually. Stop if you feel pain, tingling or numbness in your legs and change position. Only wash the cover, and keep the buckwheat hull filling out of reach of young children. See Product safety.
