How quickly will I receive it?
Usually 3–8 working days from our EU stock; if your item ships from a warehouse outside the EU, it typically takes 7–15 working days. You'll always receive a track & trace code.

What if it's not right for me?
You have 14 days to change your mind. Report your return by email; the direct cost of returning the item is your own responsibility — for a parcel this size, usually between €7 and €15. If the product arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover those costs. See our returns policy.

How does a paraffin treatment work?
Melt the wax, check that the temperature feels pleasantly warm, dip your hand briefly a few times, and let the wax layer soak in for 10 to 15 minutes. Afterwards, you simply peel the layer off.

Safety and use

You're working with hot, melted paraffin: check the temperature before every treatment and don't dip your hands or feet in if the wax feels too hot — risk of burns. Do not use the device with a damaged cord, place it on a flat, heat-resistant surface, and never immerse the device itself in water. Do not use the bath on damaged or inflamed skin, and if you have reduced sensation in your hands or feet or circulation problems, use only after consulting a doctor.
