How quickly will I receive it?

What if I'm not happy with it?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct costs of returning the item are your responsibility — for a parcel of this size, typically between €7 and €15. If the product arrives defective or incorrect, we'll cover those costs. See our returns policy.
Can I wash the band?
Yes, you simply remove the electronic part from the band, after which the fabric can be washed. That way your sleep headphones stay fresh.
Safety and use
Contains a rechargeable battery — only charge under supervision, and hand in the device at a collection point for electrical devices at the end of its life. Always remove the electronic part from the band before washing the fabric, and let the band dry completely before putting the electronics back in. Do not set the volume higher than necessary, and stop use if you experience irritation or discomfort. See Product safety.
