Click segments in or out until the hoop sits comfortably around your waist, with a little room to spare. Start with short sessions of 5 to 10 minutes and build up gradually.

Before every use, check that all segments and the weighted ball are securely attached; a part coming loose can cause injury. Use the hoop on a stable surface with enough clear space around you, and build up your training time gradually.
