How do I set the right length?
Stand with both feet in the middle of the rope: the handles should then reach roughly to your armpits. Shorten the cable via the handles and trim off any excess if needed.

Safety and use

Check the cable and handles for wear or tears before each use; a snapping cable can cause injury. Jump on a flat, stable surface with enough space around and above you, and build up the intensity gradually. Stop if you feel pain or dizziness, and keep the rope out of reach of young children.
