How do I use the tongue scraper?
In the morning, scrape gently from back to front across your tongue, rinsing the scraper in between and repeating a few times. Then simply rinse and let it dry.
Safety and use
Use the tongue scraper according to the enclosed instructions and scrape with light pressure so you don't damage the surface of your tongue. Stop if you experience pain, irritation or bleeding gums. Rinse the scraper after each use, don't share it with others and keep it out of reach of children under 3. See Product safety.
