How do I use the ball on my back?
Place the ball between your back and the wall and move gently back and forth until you find the right spot. Hold gentle pressure for 20 to 30 seconds and keep breathing.

Safety and use

Do not use the balls on bones, joints, the head, the neck, open wounds, varicose veins, inflammation or bruises. Do not use if you have thrombosis, osteoporosis, or are pregnant, without consulting a doctor first. Increase the pressure gradually and stop if you feel pain. See Product Safety.
