How do I get started safely?
Sit down, lean your upper back against the wheel, and roll slowly back and forth with your feet firmly on the floor. Breathe calmly and build up the depth of the stretch gradually.

Safety and use

Build up gradually and use the wheel for a few minutes at a time at most, on a flat, stable, non-slip surface. Stop if you feel pain, tingling or dizziness. Do not use if you have a herniated disc, a spinal condition, osteoporosis, or have had recent surgery, without first consulting a doctor. See Product safety.
