How long should I wear them each time?
Start with 5 to 10 minutes a day, wearing socks underneath if it feels too intense. Build up gradually to longer sessions once your feet get used to it.
Safety and use
Build up usage gradually, starting with a few minutes at a time, and stop if you feel pain, tingling or dizziness. Do not wear on open wounds, inflammation, varicose veins or bruises. If you have diabetes, a circulatory disorder, or reduced sensation in your feet, consult your doctor first. Wear the slippers on a stable, dry surface. See Product safety.
