How do I use the rings?
Roll a ring back and forth over each finger for 30 seconds to a minute. The tingling feeling starts immediately; stop if it becomes uncomfortable and switch fingers.

Safety and use

Keep out of reach of children under 3 — choking hazard. Do not use the rings on damaged or irritated skin, and don't let a ring sit tightly around a finger; stop if you notice pain, discolouration, tingling or numbness.
