How fast will I receive it?

What if it's not for me after all?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of sending the item back is yours to cover — for a parcel this size, typically between €7 and €15. If the product arrives faulty or incorrect, we cover those costs ourselves. See our returns policy.
How long should I lie on it?
Start with 10 minutes and build up to 20 to 30 minutes. Lie down calmly, breathe deeply and give your skin two minutes to adjust — then it starts to feel wonderful.
