How do I care for the mat?
Wipe it down after use with a damp cloth and a mild soapy solution, and let it dry rolled up, out of direct sunlight. This keeps the non-slip layer in good condition for longer.

Safety and use

Place the mat on a flat, clean surface, and make sure both the mat and the floor are dry — moisture makes the surface slippery. Build up exercises gently, following the included instructions, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or irritation. Store the mat rolled up, out of reach of young children. See Product safety.
