Choose the size for the spot where you want to wear the compress: knee (largest), elbow, wrist or ankle. All sizes are adjustable with hook-and-loop fastening. If you're between two sizes, choose the larger one.

How do I use the wrap?
Apply castor oil to the inside of the wrap or to a cloth inside it, place it around the joint and close the fastening comfortably. Wear it while you relax; hand-wash the wrap regularly.

Safety and use

Use the wrap only on clean, undamaged skin. Do not apply castor oil to damaged or irritated skin, and stop use if you notice redness, itching or pain. Do not close the wrap tighter than is comfortable and do not wear it during exercise; keep the product out of reach of young children. See Product safety.
