How do I use the wrap?
Apply castor oil to the inside of the wrap or to a cloth inside it, place it around your neck (and shoulders), close it comfortably and wear it while you relax. Hand-wash the wrap regularly.

Use the wrap according to the included instructions and only on clean, undamaged skin. Do not apply castor oil to damaged or irritated skin, and stop use if you notice redness, itching or pain.
