How do I use the wrap?
Apply castor oil to the inside of the wrap or to a cloth inside it, place the compress on your lower back and close the strap comfortably around your abdomen. Wear it while you relax; hand-wash the wrap regularly.
Safety and use
Use the wrap according to the included instructions and only on clean, undamaged skin. Do not apply castor oil to damaged or irritated skin, and stop use if you notice redness, itching or pain. Do not tighten the elastic strap beyond what is comfortable, and wash the wrap regularly; keep it out of reach of young children. See Product safety.
