Usually 3–8 working days from our EU stock; if your item ships from a warehouse outside the EU, it typically takes 7–15 working days. You'll always receive a track & trace code.

What if it turns out not to be for me?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Let us know by email that you're returning it; the direct cost of shipping it back is yours to cover — for a parcel this size, usually between €7 and €15. If the product arrives faulty or the wrong item was delivered, we'll cover those costs. See our returns policy.

How do I use it in my routine?
Apply your cleanser to a wet face, move the device in gentle circles over your skin for about a minute, and rinse off. Once or twice a day is enough.

Safety and use

Don't use on damaged or inflamed skin, open wounds, or active acne, rosacea or eczema. Don't use more than twice a day. Contains a rechargeable battery — only charge under supervision, and at the end of its life take the device to an electronics collection point. See Product safety.
