How do I use the different tools?
The roller is for large areas such as legs and back, the paddle for firm stroking movements, and the cup for curves such as calves and arms. Always work with oil and move towards the heart.

Do not massage over bones, joints, the head, the neck, open wounds, varicose veins, inflammation or bruises. Do not use the set if you have thrombosis or osteoporosis, and only during pregnancy after consulting a doctor. Use light to moderate pressure and stop if you experience pain or skin irritation.
