How quickly will it arrive?
Usually 3–8 working days from our EU stock; if your item ships from a warehouse outside the EU, it typically takes 7–15 working days. You'll always receive a track & trace code.
What if it turns out not to be for me?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Let us know by email that you're returning it; the direct cost of shipping it back is yours to cover — for a parcel this size, usually between €7 and €15. If the product arrives faulty or the wrong item was delivered, we'll cover those costs. See our returns policy.
What's the best way to use the roller?
Roll with light pressure from the centre of your face outward, and under your eyes from the inner to the outer corner. A few minutes is enough; then store it back in the freezer.
Safety and use
Don't use on damaged or inflamed skin, or if you have rosacea or couperose. Don't place the roller straight from the freezer onto your skin if it's frozen solid; let it adjust for a moment first. See Product safety.
