You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Let us know by email; the direct cost of returning the item is yours to cover — for a parcel this size, usually between €7 and €15. If the product is faulty or wrongly delivered on arrival, we'll cover those costs. See our return policy.

Can the mask go in the fridge?
Yes, pop the mask in the fridge for 10–15 minutes for an extra cooling effect. Use it right away afterwards — wonderfully fresh on the skin.

Safety and use

Don't use the mask on damaged, inflamed or irritated skin and stop if you notice redness, itching or irritation. Only cool it in the fridge — never the freezer — and use it for a maximum of 15 to 20 minutes at a time. Clean the mask after use with a slightly damp cloth, don't share it with others, and keep it out of reach of children under 3, as loose beads can pose a choking hazard. See Product safety.
