How quickly will it arrive?

What if it's not right for me?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of returning the item is your responsibility — for a parcel this size, typically between €7 and €15. If the product arrives faulty or is the wrong item, we cover those costs. See our returns policy.

Do I always need to use the strap?
No, that's optional. If you move around a lot in your sleep, the strap keeps the pillow in place. If you sleep still, the pillow also works fine loose between your knees.

Safety and use

The cover is removable and washable; follow the washing instructions on the label. Memory foam may give off a slight smell for the first few days; if so, air the pillow for a few hours. Do not fasten the strap too tightly around your leg, to avoid restricting circulation. Stop use if you experience tingling or numbness in your leg. Keep the pillow out of reach of young children.
