What's the most effective way to roll?
Roll each muscle group for 30 to 60 seconds with long, calm strokes and moderate pressure. Before training keep it brisk and light, after training slower and a bit firmer.

Safety and use

Don't roll over bones, joints, the head, the neck, open wounds, varicose veins, inflammation or bruises. Don't use the stick if you have thrombosis, osteoporosis, or during pregnancy, without consulting a doctor first. Check the rollers and handles for tears or wear before each use and stop if you feel sharp pain, tingling or numbness. See Product safety.
