What's the best way to use the hammock?

Build up gradually and use the hammock for a few minutes at a time at most; stop if you feel pain, tingling or dizziness. Do not use if you have a herniated disc, spinal conditions, osteoporosis, or have recently had surgery, without consulting a doctor first.
