You have a 14-day cooling-off period. Report your return by email; the direct cost of returning the item is for your own account — for a parcel of this size, usually between €7 and €15. If the product arrives defective or incorrect, we'll cover those costs. See our return policy.
How do I wash the pillowcase?
Simply machine wash on a low setting. The cooling fibre keeps its cooling properties, wash after wash.
Safety and use
Wash the pillowcase according to the care label on a low setting, and do not use bleach or dry cleaning. Check the pillowcase regularly for tears or loose seams and replace it if damaged. Keep loose pillowcases out of reach of babies and young children, and stop use if skin irritation occurs. See Product Safety.
